Freelance Podcast Editor – Bare It All Podcast

Project-Based | Remote | Flexible Schedule

The Bare It All Podcast by Beia is looking for a freelance Podcast Editor to join our team on an ad-hoc basis. This is a project-based role ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment and has a strong grasp of podcast storytelling and social media trends.

We don’t operate on a regular production schedule—episodes are recorded and released as needed—so we’re looking for someone who can jump in on short notice and help us bring high-quality content to life.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit raw audio and video footage via Riverside.fm
• Cut down full episodes into polished, engaging podcasts
• Create short-form social media clips optimized for Instagram and TikTok
• Add intro/outro music and refine sound quality as needed
• Collaborate with our team to meet publishing deadlines

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Riverside.fm and basic video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience editing conversational or interview-style podcasts
• A strong eye for what performs well on social media (audio hooks, visual formatting, etc.)
• Ability to turn around edits relatively quickly when needed
• Interest in beauty, wellness, or entrepreneurship is a plus!
