Job summary

Leap Group is seeking a freelance Project Manager to lead day-to-day media and creative client projects across multiple teams. You will build timelines, documentation, and workflows to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery from kickoff through final delivery.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of agency experience, strong client communication, and proficiency with PM tools like Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or Jira.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in an agency, marketing, digital, creative or related environment.
• Experience managing media projects, including paid media campaigns and supporting creative deliverables.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across creative, media, strategy, production and development.
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
• High level of accountability and ownership over project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of media and creative client projects across multiple teams and disciplines.
• Build and maintain project timelines, schedules, documentation, and workflows.
• Partner with media, creative, strategy and account teams to keep work moving from kickoff to delivery.
• Facilitate kickoff, status, milestone reviews and project recaps for alignment and accountability.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables while identifying risks and blockers.
• Communicate project status, next steps, dependencies, and expectations clearly.
• Support scoping, intake, estimation, and resource planning for client work.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations before launch.
