Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing social media management for a brand with multiple handles.
• Pharma experience is required; bonus: Women's Health or cosmetic injectables.
• Extensive experience managing social media channels across platforms.
• Strong copywriting and ideation skills.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, sometimes unstructured working environment.
• Leadership ability to guide and empower the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand and content strategies that meet the goals of the brand.
• Understand and optimize content calendars for evergreen content and campaigns.
• Advise and monitor social and community tactics for launches and crisis management.
• Monitor content performance and develop weekly, monthly and quarterly analytics reports; identify insights.
• Work with the data team to develop, present, and optimize weekly and monthly reports.
• Identify trending opportunities and cultural moments for the brand to partake in daily.
• Partner with the creative team to ideate on content that ladders up to strategies.
• Support content creation to ensure timely, prioritized delivery; maximize opportunities.
• Engage with the community to increase brand visibility.
• Regularly analyze competition to inspire new ideas and platform innovations.
• Extend Movers+Shakers position as an industry-thought leader with insights.
