Job summary

VML, part of WPP, is seeking a Senior Program Manager to oversee social and commerce program delivery for a large CPG client in a client-facing capacity. You will manage multiple retailers across North America using Agile practices to optimize delivery and efficiency.

You will partner with account leads to ensure client satisfaction, build timelines, and drive cross-team collaboration while leveraging AI where possible to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of PMO and delivery management experience in an agency/consumer brand context.
• Proven ability to deliver social and commerce programs at scale across retailers.
• Experience collaborating with integrated agency teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-retailer program delivery with client satisfaction as a priority.
• Set up project communications, estimates, staffing, and deployment schedules.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and resource allocation across global workstreams.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and compelling progress slides.
