Job summary

Sofar Sounds seeks a flexible, freelance specialist to support its brand partnerships team by delivering paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok. You’ll build, QA, and adjust campaigns while monitoring delivery against guaranteed KPIs and making budget shifts as needed.

You’ll collaborate with the Senior Manager, Creative Operations and senior leadership on strategy and reporting, adapting hours to campaign intensity and ensuring timely updates for clients.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of paid social experience on Meta, Google or TikTok.
• Experience with guaranteed‑delivery campaigns.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns for different brands.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and insights (Excel/Sheets).
• Excellent communication and teamwork; organized and proactive.
• Comfortable with a variable workload.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of campaigns across Meta and TikTok from build to launch.
• Track pacing daily against guaranteed impressions/views and flag risks early.
• Reallocate budget and adjust targeting in real time to protect targets.
• Maintain QA and tracking hygiene across campaigns.
• Maintain a live tracker of guaranteed vs. delivered metrics.
• Provide timely performance updates and client‑facing reporting.
• Collaborate with Sales, Content, Operations for integrated delivery.
