Job summary

Bisnow in Chicago is seeking an on-site Event Coordinator to manage all facets of Bisnow events in your market, including guest registration, onsite logistics, and coordination with sponsors. This hourly role requires availability for partial day events and full-day events once a month, with occasional travel to major U.S.

cities. You will work with Event Managers to confirm venues, A/V, catering, and rentals, collect name badges, handle registration after-hours, and ensure a smooth attendee

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Event Coordination & Registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onsite logistics for Bisnow events in your market.
• Ensure event operations run smoothly from start to finish.
• Participate in a pre-event call to review details.
• Coordinate venues, AV, catering, and rentals before events.
• Pickup name badges and set up registration the day before events.
• Manage onsite ticket sales and charges through Bisnow’s square account.
• Store and transport event inventory and signage as needed.
• Ensure sponsor needs are supported throughout the event.
• Assist with setup of stage, chairs, and other space needs.
• Maintain attendee experience and oversee event surroundings.
