You are a proven team builder with 3–6+ years in client leadership, campaign management, and complex launches, comfortable navigating multi‑disciplinary groups across North America. Hybrid office schedule encouraged.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of client and account leadership, campaign management, project and product launch management in advertising/marketing communications
• Experience in large national accounts focused on engaging the consumer
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams across North American offices
• Knowledge of omnichannel strategies across social, digital, CX, CRM
• Strong collaboration and communication across internal/external stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain a solid omnichannel campaign base for the brand and for VML, driving innovative initiatives and roadmaps
• Consult and support internal teams to streamline or automate processes
• Own and grow client relationships and contribute to proposals, products, and services
