Job summary

VML is seeking a Freelance Associate Account Director to lead CX/CRM campaigns and client engagement across North American food clients. You will act as the connective tissue between internal teams and client leadership, guiding omnichannel campaigns (digital, social, some broadcast) from inception to launch in a highly collaborative environment.

Qualifications

4–7+ years of client leadership, campaign management, and product launch experience in advertising.
Experience in large national/global accounts at agencies.
Strong ability to manage cross-disciplinary teams across North American offices.
Knowledge of emerging web standards, UX, optimization and search practices.
High EQ and ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

Manage omnichannel base for growth of the brand and VML, driving best-in-class campaigns and cross-brand projects.
Consult and support internal product, project and account teams to streamline processes.
Own and grow relationships with client counterparts across disciplines and contribute to proposals and services development.
