Job summary

Hanna Interpreting Services LLC is seeking bilingual and multilingual individuals to operate as freelance interpreters as 1099 Independent Contractors. You set your availability, accept appointments, and work on your own schedule to support language access for all.

Appointments run Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and interpreters start at $25 per hour depending on language, experience, and demand.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and target language with idiomatic proficiency.
• Experience in medical, legal, or educational interpreting preferred.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability in the workplace.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in and authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).
• High School Diploma or equivalent; or interpreting-related certification.
