Job summary

T&P is seeking a Freelance Integrated Project Manager to support our onsite creative agency across digital and print work. You will own projects from start to finish, managing timelines, deliverables, resources and production needs, while also supporting day-to-day client relationships.

The role blends project management with account support, requiring proactive organization and solutions orientation. This freelance assignment runs Oct/Nov through Feb with possible extension and a daily pay rate

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of integrated project management, account management or hybrid PM/account experience.
• Set up and lead large scale brand campaigns requiring cross-functional integration across strategy, project management, creative teams, client management, workflows and resourcing.
• Experience managing projects from brief through final delivery across digital and print.
• Strong working knowledge of digital production assets and workflows.
• Experience owning day-to-day client relationships and managing client needs beyond status and delivery updates.
• Experience taking briefs, clarifying client asks and translating needs into actionable workstreams.
• Experience partnering with or supporting Account/Client Services teams.
• Ability to move between project management responsibilities and account support.
• Experience working across high-volume accounts, integrated campaigns and rollouts.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Job description

We are looking for a Freelance Integrated Project Manager to support our fast-paced onsite creative agency across digital and print work.

This role sits at the intersection of Project Management and Account Management and goes beyond traditional client-facing project management. You will own projects from start to finish, managing timelines, deliverables, resources and production needs, while also taking on elements of the day-to-day client relationship and supporting broader account needs.

You will serve as a key client contact, helping manage requests, clarify needs, communicate priorities and keep both the work and the client relationship moving forward. You will partner closely with the Account team, but should also be comfortable stepping into areas of account support when needed.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable getting into the details of a project plan and managing the broader client conversation. We are looking for someone proactive, organized and solutions-oriented who understands both how to deliver the work and how to support the business around it.

This is a freelance opportunity, anticipated to run from October/November through February with the potential of extension.
