upEducators, a Google for Education Partner company, invites qualified educators to join as a Freelance Instructional Design Trainer. You will conduct practical online sessions for teachers on learning theories, needs analysis, course design, and storyboard development, using Articulate 360.

This remote role offers 8 to 12 sessions per month, evenings, with remuneration as per industry standards and additional pay for content creation if required.

Qualifications

• Qualification or certification in Instructional Design, Education, E-learning, or related field.
• Experience in instructional design, e-learning, training, or teaching.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 and other ID tools
• Strong communication and online facilitation skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct engaging online training sessions on instructional design.
• Train participants in learning theories, needs analysis, course planning, content structuring, assessment, and storyboarding.
• Demonstrate instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Provide practical training on Articulate 360.
• Engage learners through activities, demonstrations, and Q&A.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Freelance Instructional Design Trainer to conduct practical online sessions for teachers on:

• Learning Theories
• Learning Needs Analysis
• Designing Effective Learning Experiences
• Course Design and Learning Objectives
• Assessment and Storyboard Development
• E-learning Development using Articulate 360

The training is offered free of charge to our teachers’ community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online training sessions on instructional design.
• Train participants in learning theories, needs analysis, course planning, content structuring, assessment, and storyboarding.
• Demonstrate instructional design models such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Provide practical training on Articulate 360.
• Engage learners through activities, demonstrations, and Q&A.
• Assess participant progress and provide feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

Work Details

• Working Hours: 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM — availability during this time is mandatory.
• Schedule: 8 to 12 sessions per month on alternate days.
• Remuneration: As per industry standards
• Content creation work will be paid separately, if required.
• Mode: Remote.
