Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and retail locations, performing recurring visits to verify standards and elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to local stores.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Perform recurring in-store visits, progressing from audits to follow-ups and visual merchandising.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to manage visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
