Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand. Visits are one hour each, twice per month, with flexible scheduling and immediate start upon certification.

The role is an independent contractor position with travel incentives and an emphasis on accurate audits and strong brand visibility across assigned locations.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and highly professional.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Access to transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits and merchandising visits on a recurring basis.
• Evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Perform quality control checks and resolve issues with store staff.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit data/photos.
• Coordinate store visits with management and schedule twice per month.
