Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. You will act as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing scheduled visits and capturing accurate data.

Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month; compensation includes competitive pay and a travel incentive. Immediate start dates available after certification, with flexible scheduling as an independent

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Retail Audits & Quality Control: Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Visit Execution: Initial audit, follow-up visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising.
• Display & Merchandising Fixes: Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & Reporting: Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
