Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/connectivity brand. Visits are scheduled twice per month, each lasting one hour, with immediate start dates after certification.

You will serve as a liaison between the brand and retailers, ensuring product quality and elevated brand experience across assigned locations. Prior wireless/retail exposure is a plus; certification completes prior to start.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with strong comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Perform recurring store visits, follow-up on issues, and transition to visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff with resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
