Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control for a wireless brand. You will visit stores as an independent contractor, perform audits, and help elevate the brand experience.

Store visits are scheduled twice per month, one hour per visit, with immediate start dates available upon certification. The role emphasizes flexibility, accuracy, and strong brand visibility across assigned retailers.

Qualifications

• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Experience in wireless or telecom retail a plus.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Retail audits and quality control: conduct structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and store conditions.
• Visit execution: initial audit followed by follow-up visits and transitions to visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display and merchandising fixes: assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
