Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and store environments, visiting locations on a recurring schedule.

Store visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates after certification. This flexible, supplemental income role offers competitive pay and travel incentives, with details discussed during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits on a recurring basis to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.
• Visit execution begins with an audit, followed by visits to resolve issues, and transitions into visual merchandising as the year progresses.
• Display & merchandising fixes: assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Technology & reporting: use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
