Job summary

ThirdChannel is recruiting a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/consumer electronics brand. The role acts as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing scheduled audits and maintaining brand presence.

Visits are typically one hour, scheduled twice per month, offering flexible, supplemental income with immediate start dates after certification.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and strong relationship skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy with comfort in mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+ or Android 10+) with internet.
• Experience in wireless/consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit followed by follow-ups and merchandising as the year progresses.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data/photos.
