Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits and merchandising for a leading wireless brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing audits, ensuring product quality, and elevating the brand experience at assigned locations.

Store visits are one hour each and scheduled twice per month, with immediate start dates upon certification.

Qualifications

• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Perform initial audits and follow-up visits, transitioning into visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
