Job summary

ThirdChannel Inc. is seeking a Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. This freelance role involves travel to local stores, completing audits, and maintaining brand presentation using the ThirdChannel App.

Start dates are immediate after certification via a flexible, supplemental-income model. Visits are one hour each, scheduled twice per month, with total store counts varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, with a high comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet connectivity (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits.
• Visit execution from initial audit to follow-up visits and visual merchandising.
• Assist store staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
