This senior role blends creative leadership with hands-on copy development and collaboration across Creative, Medical, Strategy, and Account teams.

The position supports our Santa Monica office and requires willingness to work PST hours, with a portfolio showcasing strong concepting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of pharma advertising agency experience.
• 4+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare copywriting and copy supervision experience.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring writers in an agency environment.
• Exceptional concepting, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, terminology, and promotional communications.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

This senior-level role combines creative leadership, client partnership, and hands‑on copy development. You'll collaborate with Creative, Medical, Strategy, and Account teams to create impactful work that is both scientifically accurate and creatively inspiring.
