StartupAdvantage is seeking a Financial Planning Manager to own journal entries, support audits, and maintain airtight compliance. The role offers a freelance schedule with a potential manager stake in the company’s future, and a salary range of $125,000 to $188,000.

Responsabilidades

• Own journal entries and ensure accuracy in management reporting.
• Maintain and improve controls around audits and compliance.
• Lead pricing discussions by translating cost structures into floors.
• Reconcile credit-card feeds to receipts and tighten the paper trail.
• Support intercompany flows and consolidation accuracy.
• Develop forecasting models linked to learning initiatives.
• Oversee capital expenditure approvals and sign-off processes.
• Map processes and coach the team to reduce manual work.
