Job summary

Sqwad is a Paris-based company expanding in the U.S. and is looking for Field Representatives in Bakersfield, CA. This freelance, no-sales role focuses on securing partnerships with local businesses through in-person outreach. Earn a daily field fee and location-based bonuses with uncapped earnings and flexible hours.

You'll visit stores, present the partnership opportunity, speak with owners, sign agreements, and hand off qualified leads to the internal sales team. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be located in Bakersfield, CA and registered freelancer (1099).
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage business owners.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven in the field.
• Comfortable using Google Sheets or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved).
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Securing signed partnership agreements.
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
