Job summary

Sqwad is hiring Field Representatives in the U.S. to lock prime business locations and secure partnership agreements. This freelance role offers flexible schedules, 1099 contractor status, and uncapped earning potential based on activity and results.

You’ll perform in-person outreach to local businesses, engage decision-makers, and log leads while supporting the internal sales team. Boston-based, English fluent.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, driven and results-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong communicators who handle objections confidently.
• Organized, reliable and proactive.
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms.
• Registered freelancer (1099).
• Must be located in Boston.
• Native or fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area.
• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved).
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers.
• Securing signed partnership agreements.
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations.
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools.
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team.
