Job summary

Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do. This is not a sales job. There’s nothing to sell.

Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory — and get paid aggressively for it. Flexible schedule, independent contractor (1099), and onboarding. Expect 25–50 hours per week, in-person work in Columbia, with English fluency and strong

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, driven, results-focused.
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Strong communicators who handle objections confidently.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive.
• Registered freelancer (1099).
• Native or fluent English speaker.

Responsibilities

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision‑makers
• Securing signed partnership agreements
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team
