CarePoint Health Systems in Rochester, MN is seeking a freelance data engineer to write clean, performant Hadoop code that runs in production. You will own complex data wrangling tasks, build Python dashboards, and create internal tooling to boost developer velocity while collaborating across stakeholders.

You bring at least 5 years of hands-on estimation, strong Hadoop expertise, 3+ years of LightGBM experience, and comfort with a Rochester-based freelance cadence.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to on-call rotations and participate in incident postmortems.
• Own complex data wrangling tasks in CarePoint Health Systems' billing data.
• Build internal tooling to boost developer productivity and velocity.
• Create Python dashboards to extract numbers without ad-hoc requests.
• Break large technology initiatives into manageable Pandas increments for Rochester delivery.
• Decompose the data wrangling monolith into deployable services.
