Job summary

Worktank Enterprises, LLC. is seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery, producing polished, on-brand content for clients.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, manage shoots and post-production, and guide editors and motion designers to deliver compelling results. Flexible project-based role with autonomy and a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing corporate, branded, or commercial video content.
• Portfolio showing strong storytelling and production value.
• Able to own a project independently while collaborating with a small, fast-moving team.
• Clear communication with clients and crew, especially under deadline.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop concepts, scripts, and treatments for compelling video.
• Manage projects end to end, including scheduling, budget, crewing, and vendor coordination across pre-prod, prod, and post.
• Direct or supervise shoots in studio, on location, or remotely, ensuring quality and client intent.
• Guide the post-production process, giving direction to editors, motion designers, and audio teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and approvals.

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery and produce polished, on-brand content for our customers.

In this position you will also:

• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts, scripts, and treatments that translate business goals into compelling video
• Manage projects end to end, including scheduling, budgeting, crewing, and vendor coordination across pre-production, production, and post
• Direct or oversee shoots, whether in studio, on location, or remotely, keeping quality and client intent front and center
• Guide the post-production process, giving clear creative direction to editors, motion designers, and audio teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, feedback rounds, and approvals with professionalism

Exceptional candidates also have…

• Experience with executive-level or enterprise clients (tech industry a plus)
• Hands-on skills in editing, motion graphics, or color, enough to speak the language and jump in when needed
• Familiarity with remote recording and review workflows (Riverside, Frame.io, or similar)
• A knack for elevating a brief into something better than what was asked for
