Job summary

Worktank is seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery and produce polished, on-brand content for diverse clients.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to develop concepts, scripts, and treatments, manage end-to-end production including scheduling, budgeting, crewing, and vendor coordination, and guide post-production while keeping client vision front and center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing corporate, branded, or commercial video content.
• Ability to develop concepts, scripts, and treatments that translate business goals into video.
• Experience managing projects end to end with budgets, timelines, and vendors.
• Clear and calm communication with clients and crew, especially under deadline.
• Working knowledge of production logistics: budgets, timelines, releases, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and treatments with clients and internal teams.

We are seeking an experienced, ambitious Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery and produce polished, on-brand content for our customers.

In this position you will also:

• Partner with clients and internal teams to develop creative concepts, scripts, and treatments that translate business goals into compelling video
• Manage projects end to end, including scheduling, budgeting, crewing, and vendor coordination across pre-production, production, and post
• Direct or oversee shoots, whether in studio, on location, or remotely, keeping quality and client intent front and center
• Guide the post-production process, giving clear creative direction to editors, motion designers, and audio teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, feedback rounds, and approvals with professionalism

• Hands-on skills in editing, motion graphics, or color, enough to speak the language and jump in when needed
• Familiarity with remote recording and review workflows (Riverside, Frame.io, or similar)
• A knack for elevating a brief into something better than what was asked for
