Job summary

Worktank is seeking an experienced Freelance Creative Video Producer to lead corporate video projects from concept through delivery and produce polished, on-brand content for diverse clients.

You will partner with clients and internal teams to develop concepts, scripts, and treatments, manage end-to-end production including scheduling, budgeting, crewing, and vendor coordination, and guide post-production while keeping client vision front and center.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience producing corporate, branded, or commercial video content.
• Ability to develop concepts, scripts, and treatments that translate business goals into video.
• Experience managing projects end to end with budgets, timelines, and vendors.
• Clear and calm communication with clients and crew, especially under deadline.
• Working knowledge of production logistics: budgets, timelines, releases, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and treatments with clients and internal teams.
• Manage projects end to end: scheduling, budgeting, crewing, and vendor coordination.
• Direct or oversee shoots in studio, on location, or remotely while maintaining quality and client intent.
• Guide the post-production process with editors, motion designers, and audio teams.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing expectations and approvals professionally.
