• Lead Content & Creative Direction: concept, produce, capture, edit across five social platforms.
• Bring Production Expertise: phone-first and DSLR/mirrorless setups, audio capture, editing in CapCut Pro and Premiere Pro.
• Lead Campaign Execution: own end-to-end content for tournament tentpoles and brand campaigns.
• Stay Ahead of Platform Trends: test new formats and adjust content strategy with the team.
• Drive Strategy & Planning: maintain a 90-day forward content plan tied to tournaments and campaigns.
• Analyze Performance & Report Insights: track engagement and inform future content decisions.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: collaborate with social, video, graphics, and editorial teams.
