Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. You will serve as the liaison between the brand and retail environments, performing scheduled audits and enhancing product presentation.

Visits are one hour each, twice per month, with flexible scheduling and immediate start dates upon certification. This independent contractor role offers supplemental income and requires travel to local

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality and excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail, highly professional, and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with mobile reporting tools.
• Must have reliable transportation to local stores.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17.0+ or Android 10.0+).
• Experience in wireless/telecommunications or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Audit at initial visits and follow up to resolve issues; progress to visual merchandising as needed.
• Assist staff in addressing brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data/photos.
