Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a wireless/telecom brand. You will travel to local stores, conduct audits, improve product presentation, and maintain brand visibility through scheduled visits and reporting.

As an independent contractor, you will use the ThirdChannel App to submit surveys and photos, with certification required before starting.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with excellent relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail; highly professional and reliable.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail stores.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless/telecom or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits.
• Execute structured store visits to evaluate presentation, brand visibility, and conditions.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit data.
