ThirdChannel is seeking a freelance Brand Representative to perform in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/ connectivity brand. You will serve as a liaison between the brand and store environments, conducting recurring visits to ensure product quality and elevate the brand experience.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high professionalism.
• Tech-savvy with a comfort level navigating mobile reporting tools.
• Own reliable transportation to travel to local retail store locations.
• Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity (iOS 17+. or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured store visits to evaluate product presentation and brand visibility.
• Initial audit, followed by follow-up visits to resolve issues and progress to visual merchandising.
• Assist retail staff in resolving brand or display issues on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to navigate visits, complete surveys, and submit real-time data and photos.
