Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a Brand Representative to conduct in-store audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless/ connectivity brand. This freelance role acts as a liaison between the brand and retail environments, with audits and visits scheduled twice per month for one hour each.

• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local retail locations.
• Access to a personal smart device with internet (iOS 17+/Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete the Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and store conditions.
• Begin with an audit, then perform follow-up visits to resolve issues and later assist with visual merchandising.
• Support store staff with display fixes and brand presentation on the sales floor.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and submit real-time data and photos.
