Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in the United States seeks an in-store Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations and high-quality customer service. You will support visual merchandising, run in-store events, and educate customers on product features and application techniques.

Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and special events is required. Prior retail/beauty experience is preferred and employment is through Randstad Sourceright for freelance roles at Estee Lauder locations.

• Availability: ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
