The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is recruiting for an in-store advisor to deliver personalized beauty consultations and high-quality customer service at a Randstad-staffed retail location in the United States.

You will lead with product knowledge, execute displays, and support promotional events to engage customers on the floor. Ideal candidates bring flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and events, with a passion for prestige beauty and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Work Authorization: ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
