Qualifications

Experience delivering inspirational, personalized customer service.
Availability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
Ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to educate customers.
Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during shifts.
