Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Availability: ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
• Work Authorization: ability to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States upon hire/interview.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high‑quality customer service and beauty consultations to in‑store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in‑store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain active knowledge of brand product offerings, features, and application techniques to effectively educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure smooth floor operations and optimal customer experience during scheduled shifts.
