Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Freelance B2B Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimise paid social campaigns for our B2B technology products. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with the Demand Generation team to improve pipeline performance across the customer journey, focusing on LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit campaigns, while applying strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or B2B tech paid social.
• Deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful paid media budgets.
• Strong understanding of B2B demand gen and full funnel marketing.
• Analytical and campaign optimization skills.
• Able to work independently with proactive stakeholders.
• Reddit Ads experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with 6sense, StackAdapt, programmatic display, CTV or podcasts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook and Reddit.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, pacing and bid strategies.
• Build and launch campaigns using creative and copy from internal teams.
• Continuously test and optimise audiences, targeting, placements and creative.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
• Support conversion tracking, measurement and reporting.
• Recommend paid social strategies that support broader demand generation and pipeline goals.
• Collaborate with internal Demand Generation, Creative and Web teams.
• Proactively share platform trends, insights and optimisation opportunities.
