Job summary

Heartland ABA is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with Autism in clients' homes and community settings across Iowa. You will deliver evidence-based ABA services, implement skill-building plans, and track progress under supervision. No experience?

Paid training is provided and a 6-month commitment is encouraged. We offer flexible scheduling, opportunities to grow with a clinical team, and a supportive environment focused on client outcomes and family

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and calm demeanor.
• Experience in ABA or related settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in-home or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with clinical team to support client progress.
