Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings in Creston, IA. This part-time role offers paid training, flexible scheduling, and immediate access to earnings with Same Day Pay.

You will implement evidence-based ABA interventions and collaborate with a clinical team to promote independence and progress. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided; a high school diploma and RBT

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• RBT certification is required before working.

• 6-month commitment is requested for this role.

Responsibilities
