Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach their goals with evidence-based interventions.

This position starts part-time with a commitment of six months. We offer paid training, flexible scheduling, and same-day pay to support your financial needs as you clock in and out.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
