Responsibilities

• Grill Operation: Prepare and cook steakburgers, hot dogs, and other menu items to Freddy's standards.
• Food Quality & Presentation: Ensure fresh food and proper portioning to maintain consistency.
• Kitchen Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, sanitary work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Team Support: Communicate with teammates and restock ingredients as needed.
• Speed & Accuracy: Work efficiently during peak times and double-check orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Grill Operation:
  • Prepare and cook steakburgers, hot dogs, and other menu items according to Freddy's standards.
  • Monitor grill and fryer temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
• Food Quality & Presentation:
  • Ensure all food is prepared fresh and presented properly.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to reduce waste and maintain consistency.
• Kitchen Cleanliness & Safety:
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks (grill, fryers, surfaces, etc.).
• Team Support:
  • Communicate with team members and help where needed to keep service fast and smooth.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies during and after shifts.
• Speed & Accuracy:
  • Work efficiently during high-volume periods while keeping quality high.
  • Double-check orders for accuracy before they leave the kitchen.
