Citi is seeking a Fraud Technology Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams and deliver fraud detection and prevention solutions. You will partner with Fraud Operations, Risk Management, Compliance, and Technology to define requirements and guide delivery across a global banking environment.

You will translate requirements into user stories, map processes, and help shape how Citi detects and responds to fraud risk.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Background supporting Fraud Operations, Fraud Technology, AML, or Compliance in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with requirements mapping.
• Hands-on experience in Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.
• Clear communicator able to present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Fraud Technology initiatives.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements for fraud prevention.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Define Jira Epics, Features, and User Stories with Agile delivery teams.
• Validate requirements, review tests, and support UAT for fraud technology solutions.
• Conduct data analysis and mapping to support system enhancements and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure regulatory alignment.
