Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate within the Fraud team to define and execute strategy to reduce Dasher fraud while preserving user experience.

You will analyze fraud vectors, drive end-to-end analyses, partner with product, engineering and analytics, and run data-driven experiments to improve fraud controls and support growth.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in related fields, and strong SQL and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth experience preferred
• Experience contributing to large projects, hitting goals, and succeeding in a team environment
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets/sheets) are required

Responsibilities

• Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in Dasher fraud and be responsible for delivering direct business impact to DoorDash
• Analyze fraud vectors across DoorDash's platform – complete end-to-end analysis that allows us to better identify the bad actors on our platform and improve the experience of good users
• Influence and engage across the company – partner with the product, engineering, analytics, and cross‑functional teams to establish goals and build strategic programs
• Improve through experimentation – Use data‑driven decision‑making to run tests on everything to reduce fraud while accelerating growth
