Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate for the Fraud team to reduce Dasher fraud and build scalable solutions across New Business Verticals. You will analyze fraud vectors, partner with product and engineering, and implement strategic programs to protect our platform while preserving a positive user experience.

Ideal candidates have a data-driven mindset, 2+ years in related roles, and strong analytical skills with SQL and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, investment banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth experience preferred.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement DoorDash's strategy in Dasher fraud and deliver direct business impact.
• Analyze fraud vectors across the platform to better identify bad actors and improve user experience.
• Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to set goals and build strategic programs.
• Use data-driven decision-making to run tests that reduce fraud while accelerating growth.
