DoorDash is hiring a Strategy & Operations Sr. Associate for the Fraud team in Washington, DC. You will define and execute the strategy to reduce Dasher fraud while preserving a high-quality user experience.

As a data-driven operator, you will analyze fraud vectors end-to-end, partner with product, engineering, analytics, and other teams to set goals and build strategic programs, and run experiments to balance risk and growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technology, analytics or related experience.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
• Proven problem solving and analytical skills; proficiency in SQL and expertise in Excel are required
• Ability to thoughtfully consider multiple perspectives and effectively communicate them to drive understanding and alignment

Responsibilities

• Define and implement DoorDash’s strategy in Dasher fraud and be responsible for delivering direct business impact to DoorDash.
• Analyze fraud vectors across DoorDash's platform – end-to-end analysis to better identify bad actors and improve user experience.
• Influence and engage across the company – partner with product, engineering, analytics, and cross-functional teams to establish goals and build strategies.
• Improve through experimentation – use data-driven decision-making to run tests to reduce fraud while accelerating growth.
