Job summary

Point Predictive powers fraud prevention for auto and consumer lenders through the industry’s largest lending fraud data consortium. You will own performance analytics for customer fraud strategies, design score thresholds, and translate results into actionable guidance for executives.

The role blends data analytics with fraud strategy, requiring you to present findings to C-suite audiences and train customers on fraud technologies, while leveraging AI tools to improve ROI and performance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in fraud prevention, analytics, strategy, or data science across lending, banking, payments, fintech, or marketplaces.
• Outstanding SQL and AI prompting skills; comfortable building complex queries from scratch.
• Experience turning feedback/outcome data into data-backed performance strategies.
• Executive presence; able to present to senior leaders and customers.
• Data storytelling: turn deep analyses into clear narratives for varied audiences.
• Solid understanding of fraud fundamentals: synthetic identity, bust-out, early default signals.

Responsibilities

• Own performance analytics for customer fraud strategies and measure ROI.
• Build and tune fraud strategies: design score thresholds and decisioning rules.
• Tell data-driven stories to customer executives in QBRs and strategy sessions.
• Run fraud product trainings and enable customers to adopt technologies.
• Identify emerging fraud patterns and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with data science, customer success, and product to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to public thought leadership in fraud strategy.
