Job summary

UBank is seeking a Fraud Operations & Analytics Manager to lead fraud prevention, detection, investigation, analytics, and response across deposit products and payment channels. You will identify suspicious activity, investigate fraud, minimize losses, and strengthen controls.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on operation, managing alerts, complex investigations, transaction analysis, and fraud reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, investigations, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of fraud risks and controls related to ACH, wires, checks, and digital payments.
• Experience conducting fraud investigations, loss mitigation, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of applicable banking regulations and industry fraud-prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fraud monitoring, detection, investigation, and loss prevention across products and channels.
• Manage fraud alerts, investigate suspicious activity, determine actions, and escalate major events.
• Analyze fraud trends and transaction activity to identify risks and preventative measures.
• Develop and maintain fraud prevention, detection, monitoring, and account protection controls.
• Investigate customer fraud claims and coordinate recovery efforts in compliance with regulations.
