Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant analytics experience.
• Six or more years of advanced SAS programming and analytics experience is required.
• SQL experience is strongly preferred.
• Python experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex, multi-channel fraud trends and performance data to identify risks and opportunities across the account lifecycle.
• Independently develop analytical approaches and recommendations addressing fraud risks and business priorities.
• Develop data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to strengthen fraud prevention and detection.
• Evaluate fraud controls, authentication strategies, and detection rules through quantitative analysis.
• Measure business impact including fraud loss reduction and ROI.
• Develop business cases and cost-benefit analyses to support fraud strategy and investments.
• Translate findings into executive-ready insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate fraud tools and data sources.
